Staff will present draft code language for the DCIP-8 project at the April 7, 2016 Community Forum. DCIP-8 is comprised of a diverse set of changes to the Development Code including select changes to the Design Review process, Home Occupations and the creation of new and updated definitions.

The Natural Resources and Sustainability Committee advises the Gresham City Council on policy development matters and actions related to the protection, restoration and enhancement of:
Natural resources
Watershed health
Water quality
Fish and wildlife habitat
Urban tree canopy
Provision of public health
Development, improvement and expansion of city parks, trails, and green space for present and future generations
GRDC meetings allow necessary Rockwood-West Gresham Urban Renewal business to be dealt with, such as budget adoption, grant awards, public hearings, resolutions, etc.
