This project involves revising City rules that present obstacles to desired development, with a focus on development rules related to Rockwood, Civic Neighborhood, Downtown and the City’s major streets. Please, come help us evaluate potential rule changes that involve building height, development intensity, parking requirements and other issues. The changes are intended to ensure that desired development can occur and result in high-quality centers and corridors that work well for people in Gresham.
