Highlights include: election of officers, Nadaka Nature Park improvements, and special guest speakers: John McClellan of Owens Corning discussing the new Gresham Foam Insulation Facility opening July 2009; Jonathan David, Gresham Transportation Dept talking about the NE Halsey St, & 181st Ave improvements, and; Jerry Gerspach, Noise Abatement Specialist, Port of Portland discussing the PDX airport runway construction and the increased noise over the Wilkes East neighborhood.

Reynolds Learning Academy will be holding it's annual Rummage Sale to raise funds for our graduation ceremony and other school activities, Saturday March 14th from 10AM to 4PM, and Sunday March 15th from 10AM to 2PM.

On Sunday, February 15th from 9:00AM to 12:00PM the Wilkes East Neighborhood Association and Friends of Nadaka will be holding a Storm Debris Cleanup at Nadaka Park. Come on by and give us a hand! Dress warmly. Bring your gloves, clippers, and yard tools.

Proposal to divide property at 2120 NE 162 Ave into 2nd buildable lot

Proposal

The land division proposal to be submitted is located at 2120 NE 162nd Ave. The property is located on the East side of 162nd Ave and North of Halsey St. The legal description of the property is Parcel #1 of Partition Plat No. 1995-151, located within the City of Gresham and Multnomah County, and the Multnomah County tax identification number is R-238920.
