Come tour Historic Downtown Gresham, and learn about its historic buildings and homes, historic graves and trees, some historic local figures, and about the shops that used to line Main Ave. Tours weave throughout Historic Downtown Gresham, are fast paced, and will cover around a mile of mostly flat level ground.

Tours leave at 11:00AM sharp, rain or shine, and are free. Donations are always accepted and much appreciated. Parking is available in the lot behind the museum.

Bring the Kids to the 31st Annual Teddy Bear Parade Downtown Gresham: Sep 28, 2013 10AM-12PM. Sponsored by the Soroptimists, the Teddy Bear Parade celebrates the 'Child in All of Us' with floats from local merchants, service organizations, schools, neighborhood groups and individuals. The parade will feature floats from local merchants, service organizations, schools, neighborhood groups and individuals. As always, participants will be carrying teddy bears or will be dressed in bear costumes.

For over three decades, the Soroptimists have put on this annual Fall parade to celebrate the “child in all of us” and create a tradition that helped Gresham’s “quaint and special downtown area” to thrive. In addition to the parade, the Soroptimists organize fundraisers throughout the year to raise money for scholarships for deserving women and girls in our community.

There's something for everyone this July 4th!

Fort Vancouver: Enjoy live music, games, a parade, food available for purchase and more. Fireworks are launched from Pearson Airfield. No personal fireworks allowed on the grounds. Gates open 8 a.m. Thu, July 4; entertainment starts at noon; fireworks launch at 10:05 p.m. 8 a.m.-11 p.m. Thursday. Fort Vancouver National Historic Site, 1001 E. Pepsi Fourth of July Fireworks: Annual 4th of July Celebration. Gates open at 10:00 am, rides start at 12:00 pm. All picnic spaces are first come first serve. Gate fees are $5.00 for 16 and over, $2.00 for 15 and younger, and $3.00 for seniors 62 and up. All personal fireworks and alcohol are prohibited (bags and coolers will be checked). St. Paul Rodeo: Rodeo action followed by fireworks each night. Outside the arena, there's a family carnival with rides and games, art shows and vendors.
