We are teaming up with Friends of Trees to so some major habitat restoration work at Nadaka!

We need help removing invasive weeds and planting hundreds of young native trees and shrubs throughout the park. Please arrive by 8:45am to sign-in and enjoy some breakfast treats and coffee, tea, or hot chocolate.

We provide gloves, tools, and planting guidance. Please dress for the weather!

Summer Has Arrived When: Sat, Aug 17, 2019 12PM-4PM Where: Zimmerman House 17111 NE Sandy Blvd. Get Map!

The historic Zimmerman House was built in 1874 and was home to three generations of the Zimmerman Family. Their furnishings and personal articles remain in this two-story Victorian home, with nine rooms open to the public.

We are open every Saturday in July and August from noon - 4:00 pm.

We have three, new special exhibits:

• Isobel Zimmerman was born 120 years ago this July, and we are celebrating her life through photos, text, and more.
• Well explore the contents of a traveling trunk found in the house, which belonged to Isobels uncle, Andrew McCall.
• There is a small photo exhibit of vintage cars please come help identify the year and make!

Admission is free, with donations welcome and appreciated. Come and enjoy the gardens as well.
