Join us on another great Ten Toe Express walk throughout inner-city Portland sponsored by the Portland Bureau of Transportation. The Ten Toe Express program is a series of guided walks held Thursdays at 6PM and Saturdays at 9AM from May 10th through September 13th. Download your 2012 Ten Toe Express schedule here.
Each easy and informal Ten Toe Express walk explores the area neighborhood, architecture and unique history. Walk takes about 2 hours, cover 2-4 miles and are open to all ages and skill levels.

You're Invited
Join Portland Audubon and City of Gresham naturalists for a walk along the newest section of the Gresham-Fairview Trail between Division and Powell. This nighttime walk will focus on the American bitterns that breed in the large wetland just off the trail, as well as some owl calling and identification. Dozens of other songbirds and waterfowl are likely to be seen. Meet at Linnemann Station on the Springwater Trail.

The Sky Theater is wheelchair accessible.
Summer Sky Highlights
Summertime provides many amazing opportunities for observing the evening sky. Learn about the “Summer Sky Highlights and the Transit of Venus” in the final sky show of the academic year. Planetarium director Pat Hanrahan will show visitors how to locate the planets and prominent constellations, star clusters, galaxies and nebulae. He will also review the recent solar eclipse that was visible from Oregon.
Final show
Last show this school year. Planetarium shows will return next fall.
All shows are presented under a realistic representation of the night sky, featuring the latest galactic, stellar and planetary images.
Visitors are encouraged to ask questions during each 45-minute program. Children are welcome to attend.
Parking Change
Parking permits are required and may be purchased for $3 at ticket kiosks located by the flagpoles (north parking) and gym (south parking). (Violators will be ticketed)
