The City's Natural Resources Program is hosting an amphibian egg mass survey as a part of a regional effort to track the Pacific chorus frog, northwestern salamander, long-toed salamander and northern red-legged frog.

Join us for a volunteer amphibian survey training. This indoor training will include:

  • How to identify an egg mass
  • Survey techniques
  • Field methods

The indoor training is followed by an outdoor training on Feb. 1.

Meeting start time varies.

GRDC meetings allow necessary Rockwood-West Gresham Urban Renewal business to be dealt with, such as approval of projects, budget adoption, committee appointments, public hearings, resolutions, etc.

The City charter was adopted on May 2, 1978. The City charter may only be amended, repealed, or replaced if at least 60% of those voting pass a ballot measure to approve the changes.

The City charter has been revised ten times since its adoption in 1978.

Charter Review Committee

Pursuant to Section 45B of the charter, the Gresham City Council shall appoint a charter review committee to review the current language of the City's charter every eight years.

A charter review committee was appointed by the City Council on Dec. 17, 2019.

The first Charter review meeting will take place on Jan. 27.

Gresham's parks offer something for everyone, from peaceful walks to high-energy soccer games. The City's park system includes more than 1,103 acres of park land, natural areas and trails. Your feedback will help Gresham's City Council prioritize efforts to improve our parks for all residents.
