Aug. 26: Cherry Blossom Orchestra Big band swing and jazz music, celebrating Louis Armstrong

Join us on another great Ten Toe Express walk throughout inner-city Portland sponsored by the Portland Bureau of Transportation. The Ten Toe Express program is a series of guided walks held Thursdays @ 6PM and Saturdays @ 9AM from May 2nd through September 14th 2019.
Each easy and informal Ten Toe Express walk explores the area neighborhood, architecture and unique history. Walk takes about 2 hours, cover 3.5 - 4.5 miles and are open to all ages and skill levels. Did we mention it's free!

The historic Zimmerman House was built in 1874 and was home to three generations of the Zimmerman Family. Their furnishings and personal articles remain in this two-story Victorian home, with nine rooms open to the public.
We are open every Saturday in July and August from noon - 4:00 pm.
We have three, new special exhibits:
Isobel Zimmerman was born 120 years ago this July, and we are celebrating her life through photos, text, and more.
Well explore the contents of a traveling trunk found in the house, which belonged to Isobels uncle, Andrew McCall.
There is a small photo exhibit of vintage cars please come help identify the year and make!
Admission is free, with donations welcome and appreciated. Come and enjoy the gardens as well.
