You are cordially invited to attend a meeting on May 25th, 2011, at Allied Health Services East.

This meeting is being held to discuss a proposed project located at 16141 E. Burnside (corner of E. Burnside Street & 162nd). The proposal is to continue the existing outpatient drug treatment program which has been at this site for the past nine years.

Neighbors and concerned citizen are urged to attend this meeting.

The purpose of this meeting is to provide an opportunity for the applicant and surrounding property owners to meet and discuss this proposal and identify any perceived issues regarding this proposal and make modification to the proposal where reasonable.

The meeting is scheduled for: 6:00pm-8:00pm Wednesday, May 25, 2011 at Allied Health Services East, 16141 E. Burnside, Portland Oregon, 97233.
