Columbia View Park

Columbia View Park is a 7.48 acre undeveloped park located at 1050 NE 169th Ave (click here for map). This park may not have the amenities that other parks have, but it is definitely a beautiful park!

The park is perfect for spending time with nature, watching squirrels gathering nuts and playing. Located in the Wilkes East neighborhood, it provides access for many people. The large field is a perfect place for an old-fashioned picnic, frisbee throwing, or a fast paced game of football.

New Trees in Columbia View Park

Our Gresham Parks Department recently planted 15 new trees in Columbia View Park. The trees were donated to the Parks Dept. and they are flowering Golden Raindrop Crabapples and Prairifire Crabapples. They are planted near the fence next to HB Lee Middle School on the north end of the park. There is a sidewalk along this fence for school children going to school so they can also enjoy these beautiful new trees.

Columbia View Keepers

A small group has formed calling themselves Columbia View Keepers and have agreed to volunteer in the Columbia View Park. The group is seeking additional volunteers. Here's your opportunity to get involved! This is a new program for the City of Gresham Parks & Recreation Dept and WENA, and a great way to make your neighborhood a better place. So go ahead, volunteer!

For more information or to volunteer contact WENA, or email info@WilkesEastNA.org
