Let's Go Walking!
Join us on another great Ten Toe Express walk throughout inner-city Portland sponsored by the Portland Bureau of Transportation. The Ten Toe Express program is a series of guided walks held Thursdays @ 6PM and Saturdays @ 9AM from May 2nd through September 14th 2019.
Each easy and informal Ten Toe Express walk explores the area neighborhood, architecture and unique history. Walk takes about 2 hours, cover 3.5 - 4.5 miles and are open to all ages and skill levels. Did we mention it's free!

Lents Green Ring
Thursday May 2 – 6 PM
Saturday August 3 – 9 AM
Meet: Glenwood Park, SE 87th and Glenwood Street
2.5 hours
4.5 miles or 9,000 steps
Walk the four legs of the streets, Greenways and connected paths that access popular Lents community spaces.
Note: Relatively flat with paved trails and some paved sidewalks with and without curb ramps.

Enjoy a challenging walk from the Jade District to the new APANO building and then up to the top of Mt Tabor on some of the brand new stairways.

Walk to Thomas Cully Park from Rigler School, after a visit to the businesses along NE 42nd Avenue.

Meet: Wilson High School parking lot, SW Sunset Blvd and Capitol Highway

Hike a challenging route through George Himes park to South Portland’s trails, sidewalks and hidden stairways.

Meet: Northernmost parking lot inside Kelly Point Park, N Lombard and Marine Drive

Visit the confluence of the Columbia and Willamette rivers and walk among the tall black cottonwoods to the Rivergate Trail and back.
