City Now Offers ePlan Review
Dec. 1 marked the start of the City's new Electronic Plan Review system. ePlan is fully integrated with the City's existing permitting system, offering customers a one-stop online solution for submitting construction plans for permit approval. Customers may also pay their permitting fees online. Read more

Clear Up Conflict with Communication: Jan 22
East Metro Mediation will offer a workshop for people to learn listening and speaking skills to work through differences. The workshop is at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 22. Pre-register by Jan. 21 Read more
Train to be a Mediator: Applications due Feb 26
East Metro Mediation's basic training for mediators will be held on Tuesday evenings and all day Saturdays in April. The program is seeking five additional mediators to volunteer to mediate disputes in the community. The mediation training is also open to people who want to learn the skills for their work, community or family benefits. Applications for the training are due Feb. 25. Read more
Trail Usage Rising in Gresham
A team of Gresham staff and volunteers recently completed a series of trail counts on the Springwater Trail and the Gresham-Fairview Trail. The highest total weekend site count was taken on the Springwater Trail at Main City Park on Sept. 15, when 320 trail users passed by between 9 and 11 a.m. The City welcomes new and returning volunteers to help with the counts. Food, Beverage Carts & Temporary Uses Community Forum: Jan 29
Join us as staff presents an overview of the preferred approaches to address issues with the City's development rules. The solutions will address concerns about how the City reviews and allows food and beverage carts and temporary uses (including carnivals, special events, farmers' markets, etc). Read more
