Catherine Creek is a popular and beautiful area on the Washington side of the Columbia River Gorge. We will hike the upper part of the area first, which is about three miles. After returning to the cars, we will enjoy our lunches. There are no tables. After lunch, we will walk the lower part of the area, which is a paved trail with great views and usually lots of flowers. Bring snacks, water and lunch. We recommend long pants, boots/shoes with sturdy soles and poles. This area is exposed to weather, so dress accordingly. Be prepared for ticks, snakes and poison oak.For more information about this hike please contact Bob Criteser at 503-807-1160 or Sandy Anderson at 503-709-4190.Senior Healthy Hikers asks that participants be 50 or older. A couple wishing to hike is welcome if one member of the couple is 50 or better.Pets are not permitted on our hikes or walks.Senior Healthy Hikers member guidelines
