The Gresham City Council is discussing a progress report and research on the Development Code Improvement Project at its meeting on April 15, 2008. The meeting begins at 3:00PM at the Council Chambers at 1333 NW Eastman Parkway. Materials for this Council meeting are available at:

This project will assess and propose revisions to the development code as a means to improve its effectiveness, reduce uncertainty in reading the code, and increase consistent interpretations and applications of the code. The project focuses on key issues that have been identified by Gresham citizens, development customers, staff and City Council.
