Get Involved, Make a Difference When: Thu, Apr 08, 2021 6PM-7:30PM You are invited to join the housing capacity analysis project team at a virtual open house on April 8 at 6:00 pm. The housing capacity analysis project includes an analysis of future housing projections and an inventory of the city's available buildable lands. These activities will determine Gresham's housing needs for the next 20 years and the capacity for that housing to be developed. At the open house, the project consultant will review key findings from their housing market analysis for Gresham as well as preliminary housing forecast and buildable lands inventory results.
