Join us for an open house public forum Thursday June 4th, 5PM-8PM at Sun Rise Center at 189th & E Busnside for happy hour tapas and beverages. Share your support for the Springwater Parks & Community district.

We know parks, green spaces and recreation help us maintain our quality of life while attracting families, industry and top-tier development. Those families and family-wage jobs then spread the wealth in terms of better property values, rejuvenated neighborhoods, lower crime rates, less substance abuse and fewer demands on public services.

The Rockwood Farmers Market is a community-focused market featuring fresh produce from local farms in a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere. WIC, SNAP and Farm Direct coupons are accepted. The Market is a collaboration of Ecumenical Ministries of Oregon’s Interfaith Food & Farms Partnership and the Rockwood Co-op.

Public welcome
The Coalition of Gresham Neighborhood Associations was formed to provide structure and support for the leadership of Gresham's neighborhood associations, enabling more effective cooperation among neighborhood associations in order to achieve desired outcomes. Goals of the Coalition include providing a public forum for the review and evaluation of issues and problems, providing education and information on specific areas such as land use, and providing a unified voice for the neighborhood associations.

The Coalition meets monthly on the second Tuesday at 7:00PM

Under Cover, Rain or Shine!
Through a partnership with the Oregon Food Bank, the SUN Program at Highland Elementary School provides free fruits and vegetables to the community on the second and fourth Wednesday of the month. Everyone in the community is invited to shop at the market and receive free produce -- there are no income verification or identification requirements. Bring reusable shopping bags if you have them!

Let's Go Walking! When: Sat Jun 13, 2015 11AM-12:30PM Where: Meet at Gresham History Museum 410 N Main Av Downtown Gresham Get Map!

Join us for a guided walking tour of Historic Downtown Gresham. This tour is fast-paced and weaves around the Historic Downtown area, covering about a mile and lasting around an hour-and-a-half. The tour group will meet at the Gresham History Museum shortly before 11AM Tours will take place rain or shine, so if it's drizzly, grab an umbrella and come on down.

Parking is available in the lot behind the museum. The suggested donation for this tour is $5 -$10.

Join us on another great Ten Toe Express walk throughout inner-city Portland sponsored by the Portland Bureau of Transportation. The Ten Toe Express program is a series of guided walks held Thursdays @ 6PM and Saturdays @ 9AM from May 07th through September 19th 2015.

Each easy and informal Ten Toe Express walk explores the area neighborhood, architecture and unique history. Walk takes about 2 hours, cover 2-4 miles and are open to all ages and skill levels. Did we mention it's free!
