Here's your chance to provide input on alternative ways to update the Downtown Development Code.

The Downtown Plan Review project seeks to update the 2009 Downtown Plan to remove obstacles to development and improve the Code while achieving the vision for Downtown.

Staff will describe different alternatives and ask for your input and ideas. Issues include standards regarding required development intensity, the minimum number of parking spaces required for different uses, and design review categories. (Documents describing the issues are on the project website.)
