TriMet is phasing out paper and mobile tickets but giving riders several opportunities to exchange the ones in their possessions for equal value on a Hop Fastpass card.
The regional transit agency is hosting a series of events in its service district where exchanges can be made. The next one is Tuesday, May 14, from 3:30PM to 6:00PM at the Troutdale Library, 2451 SW Cherry Park Rd, Troutdale.
Unvalidated, foil-stamped tickets and passes can be exchanged in person In person at the TriMet Ticket Office located in Pioneer Courthouse Square, 701 SW 6th Ave, Portland, Monday through Friday, 8:30AM to 5:30PM.
Unvalidated mobile tickets are also accepted.

This is a 4.3-mile loop walk that will take us through North Portlands lovely and racially diverse Concord neighborhood, home to Fernhill Park, Ainsworth Linear Arboretum and Concordia University, and on into the adjoining Vernon neighborhood with its classic Alberta Park and 100-year-old homes. The walk starts and ends at the decommissioned Kennedy School built in 1915 and remodeled into a McMenamin Brothers' restaurant in 1997, with its reproductions of 15th century Florentine art. We will have lunch and tour the Kennedy School after eating.   • Elevation gain: 385 feet (elevation gain concentrated going up and over Cooks Butte)
  • Suggested donation per rider: $7
  • Trail condition: Includes paved trail, dirt trail and some sidewalks

This hike encompasses greenspaces and forests, as well as suburban streets, to make the loop. Well visit the gardens at Luscher Farms,which includes Rogerson Clematis Garden and the Organic Demonstration Garden, with many colorful blooms, especially dahlias, zinnias and sunflowers, as well as the whimsical scarecrows exhibiting a variety of sartorial tastes posed throughout. From there, well walk through a meadow and then head up the slopes of Cooks Buttea Boring volcano. Then we will complete the loop by descending the Butte on neighborhood streets. After the hike, we will have lunch at the Cask and Keg Public House in West Linn. Bring a snack and water.
