Let's Go Walking!

  • Round-trip travel: 120 miles
  • Difficulty: Easy to moderate
  • Elevation gain: 100-200 feet
  • Suggested donation per hiker: $12

This hike will be 4 to 4.5 miles, out and back, along the lower Klickitat River in Washington. The trail has a good dirt and gravel surface, with a gradual elevation gain to the turn-around point. This area is known for its population of migratory eagles in the winter. Hopefully, we will be there at the right time to see some eagles. Wear winter clothes and sturdy boots or shoes and bring snacks and water.
